The Opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Scrum Master to help drive Agile processes, support backlog and release management, and contribute to efficient project delivery. If you have strong communication skills, an interest in business analysis, and a passion for project management in a fast-paced tech environment, wed love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities - Requirements & Backlog Management - Understand the business domain, product scope, and functional priorities. - Assist in organizing user stories into epics, refining them with the product team, and breaking epics into actionable stories. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize epics, stories, and quick wins based on value. - Work with the development team to refine requirements and prepare for releases. - Scrum & Delivery Management - Facilitate efficient daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in Agile tools and dashboards. - Coordinate show-and-tell sessions for stakeholders during build sprints. - Track epic and story progress through the delivery workflow. - Report sprint and project status to Scrum of Scrums and leadership meetings. - Agile Coaching & Collaboration - Promote Agile best practices and team accountability. - Escalate issues, blockers, or risks to the Operations Manager promptly. - Support cross-functional communication between teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Operational Support - Assist with timesheet and expense approvals. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including SOPs, meeting notes, and reports. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field. - 1 year of experience or internships in business analysis or project management. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and basic project management concepts. - Strong documentation, proofreading, and editing skills. - Familiarity with wireframing and business process understanding. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
