Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

The Technical Program Manager/ Scrum Master position at a Reputed Insurtech IT MNC in Gurgaon/Noida requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with 13-18 years of experience. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery, removing impediments, and supporting team performance and delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong project coordination, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement. - Ensure team adherence to Scrum principles and project timelines. - Maintain Scrum boards, burndown charts, and provide regular status updates. - Track project progress, blockers, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate proactively with onshore stakeholders. - Drive team accountability, foster ownership, and maintain focus on delivery and quality. - Work with cross-functional, offshore/onshore Agile teams to ensure effective collaboration. - Conduct basic data analysis, reporting, or business analysis as needed. Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. - Ability to drive conversations, clarify ambiguity, and take full ownership of team performance. - Experience with data analysis, reporting, or basic business analysis is preferred. - Certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus. - Self-management abilities to stay organized and keep teams aligned and productive.
