Lead Business Analyst/Senior BA/BA

As a Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty Insurance/Reinsurance domain at a reputed IT MNC, your role involves: - Translating complex business requirements into effective solutions within highly regulated insurance environments. - Managing end-to-end project lifecycles and delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. - Producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, Requirements catalogues, and Process flows. - Conducting Process Mapping, development of data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques. - Interacting with end business users to gather the requirements, conduct gap analysis, and impact assessment. - Creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. - Conducting workshops & product Demos with key business users and Underwriters to collect information on business processes and expectations. - Managing cross-functional teams across several locations to deliver with speed and quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: 4 years to 12 years - Strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance/Reinsurance domain - Proficiency in managing complex projects and delivering results aligned with business objectives Please note that this position is for immediate or early joiners only.,
