As a Manager - Finance at the reputed IT MNC in Hyderabad, your role is crucial in driving business performance aligned with strategic priorities and mitigating risks. Your primary objective will involve developing new metrics to enhance margins, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiencies within the business. Accurate reporting and financial analysis will be essential to provide valuable insights into business performance compared to competitors and industry trends. Managing relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing financial and valuation models - Creating materials for executive decision-making - Conducting comprehensive analyses - Strategic financial planning - Expense management - Income analysis - Risk assessment - Supporting finance partners in implementing valuation models - Tracking performance and providing recommendations for corrective actions - Analyzing spending trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Forecasting the financial health of the company You will collaborate with the management team to develop and execute funding strategies, present potential scenarios and outcomes, and mentor the finance team. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are necessary for this role. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 8 years of experience in financial management positions and possess strategic planning expertise at the management level. Demonstrating creative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, will be advantageous for this role.
