External Interface (Suppliers/Govt Bodies/Communities) Vendors/ Customers/ Auditors/ Consultants Reporting to: GM- Finance (Business Partner) Reportees (Function and Designation): One Reportee Purpose of the position Finance Business Partnering Roles and Responsibility Manage end to end Non - South East Asia Sales Finance. Right from customer onboarding, credit assessment, Receivable management, collection accounting, CN processing, Export benefits, PO/ PI tracking, Cash flow forecast, Variance analysis... Ensure that customer makes payment on time by close co ordination with Sales Team and customers and manage DSO &/ or Overdue AR % within the desired limits. Ensure that all export benefits and pre shipment credit is taken with all documentation to support the same. Prepare Cash flow forecast and track actual with the forecast and highlight variance if any with corrective action. Regularly prepare MIS for Non -South East Asia performance country wise, product segment wise etc. Actively manage overall MIS for presentation to the management using various tools like Power BI, SAP, discussion with country managers for business reasons for variance. Manage marketing finance business partnering for AOP preparation, tracking of actual against AOP, track marketings pends against revenue generated, prepare management presentation on marketing. Perform Month-end close process and handle auditors for all the queries. Hands on experience on MS office, Power BI, worked in SAP environment. Show more Show less
