Job Title: Manager – Banking & Finance

Location: Gopanpally, Hyderabad

Reporting To: CFO / Finance Head / Managing Director

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee all banking and financial operations of the company, including handling of Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), Cash Credit (CC) Limits, Overdrafts (OD), and related banking transactions. The role requires independent liaison with banks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records pertaining to banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage day-to-day banking operations and relationships with banks.
• Prepare, process, and monitor Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and other trade finance instruments.
• Manage working capital facilities including CC limits, OD facilities, and term loans.
• Handle documentation, renewal, and compliance requirements related to banking facilities.
• Monitor fund flow, utilization of limits, and interest costs, ensuring optimum use of banking facilities.
• Prepare and submit required data/reports to banks (stock statements, CMA data, projections, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all banking-related records, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, statutory auditors, and banks for smooth financial operations.
• Stay updated with RBI guidelines, banking procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide strategic inputs on cash flow management, credit facilities, and financial risk management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, trade finance instruments, and working capital management.
• Ability to independently handle multiple bank relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects related to banking.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of experience in banking & finance, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or mining sector.
• Hands-on experience in handling BGs, LCs, CC limits, ODs, and related financial instruments.
