Job Description

The job responsibilities include preparing project/company cash flows for corporate finance, monitoring proposals from Financial Institutions (FIs) for loans, handling internal/statutory audits, preparing project financials, coordinating with banks/FIs for project NOCs, arranging external ratings and valuation reports, participating in meetings with banks/valuators/advocates, conducting due diligence for various financial purposes, filing loan-related documents, preparing financial reports, monitoring debt profile compliances, coordinating for balance/interest rate confirmations, and ensuring bank credit audit compliances. You will also be responsible for any other tasks as required within the corporate finance portfolio.,
