Manager – Finance & Accounts Role Title Manager – Finance & Accounts Grade Department Finance & Accounts Division Finance & Accounts Reporting to GM- Finance & Accounts Reported by Accountant Purpose Responsible for quarterly audits, yearly finalization of accounts, various statutory compliances related to direct & Indirect taxation, Company law, various functional MIS etc for SPV’s under their charge. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Strategic Update & keep updated the Senior Management on the latest Accounting Standards / financial laws (Corporate law, both Direct & Indirect taxation rules, RBI requirements etc.,) and its impact on the functional operations and provide critical inputs to them for decision making Operational Internal Control and Corporate Governance Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting for respective projects/ SPVs in compliance with applicable Accounting / Taxation Standards as well as internally framed SOPs/ policies / norms as defined by Senior Managem
