Job Description

Overall work experience should be more than 8 years
8-10 years’ experience in R2R
Should have worked on Month close activities, intercompany reconciliations, financial statements and variance analysis
Excellent knowledge of GAAP and IFRS mandatory
Excellent knowledge on end to end Record to Report process
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics and Hyperion preferable
Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance of the team members within the process
QCA of associate performance feedback, identifying knowledge gaps and conducting process trainings
Subject Matter Expert in handling exceptional scenarios
Assisting and training new/existing team members
Identifying knowledge gaps and conducting process trainings
Handle daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc calls with client
Be the first point of contact for SME queries via emails and calls
Initiate and drive process improvements across the team
Work load balancing, leave management and monitoring scheduled adherence
Conduct regular one on ones, motivate team members and manage conflicts
Update process documentations and process maps on a regular basis
Conduct new hires trainings, cross trainings and monthly refresher trainings as per process requirement
Attention to detail and methodical approach to keep track of processes and information
Experience in prepare, review and upload journal entries – System, Manual (Payroll allocation, Accruals, Prepayments, Netting entries, Allocations, Depreciations, etc.)
Reconciliations of Balance sheet accounts
Intercompany reconciliations including foreign currency translations
Knowledge and Experience in AP, AR & GL (Fixed Asset, Prepaid and Capital Lease Accounting, Sub ledger reconciliations)
Intercompany reconciliations including foreign currency translations
Consolidation reporting such as Hyperion (HFM) review and variance analysis
Manage Month end close GL activities as per MEC
Work with inter-departments or respective stakeholders to clear the open items
Review process across critical tasks and reconciliations
Flexible to work in any shift & open to putting in extra hours when required
Ensure SLA / month-end calendar timelines are achieved as per the process
Adhere to the internal and external audit requirement and provide supporting as per schedule
