Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager, ESG - Global Capability Center in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement environmental, social, and governance strategies to promote sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs on ESG principles.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in ESG performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on ESG best practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure ESG progress and impact.
  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to advance ESG initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in ESG or sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide teams.
