Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager, ESG - Global Capability Center in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement environmental, social, and governance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in ESG performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
  • Provide training and guidance on ESG best practices to employees.
  • Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community groups, on ESG issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in ESG or sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance principles and their application in business settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a global capability center or similar role is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to ESG.
