Job Description

Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and target corporates, enterprises, and institutions for technology training solutions.
Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calls, and referrals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Client Meetings & Consultative Selling Meet CXOs, HR Heads, L&D Managers, and IT leaders to understand workforce upskilling needs.
Present and pitch relevant training programs (Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, etc.). Conduct consultative discussions to design customized training solutions for clients.
Sales Closure & Account Management Prepare and present proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and training demand shifts.
Work closely with internal training delivery teams to ensure successful execution. Share client feedback for continuous improvement of training offerings.

Job Requirement

Proven track record in B2B corporate sales / field sales .
Strong ability to sell to senior stakeholders (CXO/VP/HR/L&D/IT Heads).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with high ownership, persistence, and ability to work independently.
Understanding of emerging technologies and workforce skill trends (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
