We are looking for an experienced Manager – Engineering to lead and oversee the engineering and project management functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engineering strategies, driving the successful delivery of projects, and leading a high-performing team of engineers and project managers. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring that all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards..

Must Have:

• Lead and manage the Engineering & Projects team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement long-term engineering strategies to support the growth and sustainability of the business.
• Oversee the planning, design, execution, and completion of all engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Ensure all engineering projects comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of best practices in engineering and project management.
• Lead the preparation of technical documentation, project reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers and engineers to ensure their professional growth and project success.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to project delivery and engineering activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cost efficiency across engineering operations.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and optimization of engineering systems and infrastructure.
• Drive the implementation of sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives in all engineering projects.
