Position:

Manager DevOps - DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our devOps platform, ensuring its usability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Automation Leadership: Contribute to the design and implementation of automation for infrastructure, application CI/CD and validation of both.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing developer platform engineering team with a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles
4, Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively across teams, including product management, security, and cloud operations, to plan and execute against the developer platform roadmap.
  • Technology Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best-practices in developer platform engineering.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team, drawing on practical experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Configuration as Code (CaC).
  • Skill Building and Enablement: Enhance skill acquisition and enablement across the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in platform engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and highly scalable products using multiple technologies, platforms, and languages.Working experience with CI/CD pipeline and tooling (e.g., bitbucket, Terraform, Grafana or any Monitoring tool, aws codebuild and pipeline)Strong background in infrastructure and public cloud, ideally AWS.In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.Excellent organizational skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with agile development methodologies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with serverless computing platforms (AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
  • Experience in maintaining SaaS project.
  • Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps.
  • Experience & skill sets in Coding of any Programming Language
