For more information, please visit our Website: http://www.ttcglocal.com/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development: ● Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities independently and in coordination with TTC Senior Management and Partners. ● Interact and mine for new business opportunities with existing and new clients. ● Create solution/concept thus furthering the overall business development goals of TTC. ● Prepare high quality consulting/research proposals and concept notes. ● Expansion of Practice across new clients and geographies. ● Building networks and relationships with clients. ● Actively pursue and be responsible for creating brand awareness about TTC through potential client interactions, speaking opportunities and thought leaderships/insights. Project Management: ● Responsible for efficient project planning and execution. ● Lead the team in acquisition, planning and execution of multiple engagements and competing priorities. ● Achieve project objectives consistently on time, within budget, with the highest quality of results. ● Assume near independent responsibility for some of the key clients. ● Ensure compliance with standard good practices for quality control and efficient execution of the projects. ● Share project related experiences with team members. ● Create solutions within the organization for driving efficiency and effectiveness of client service/project delivery. Team Management: ● Manage a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants and Associate Consultants ● Ensure optimum utilization of team strengths to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in planning and executing projects. ● Develop the capacity of the team members in TTC. 2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE ● Post graduate preferably in social sciences or equivalent or MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. ● Minimum 6 years of relevant experience after post-graduation in a reputed management consulting firm or Development Sector organization. ● Multi-sectoral experience (Corporate Social Responsibility, Education and Skill Development, Livelihood, NRM, Health and Nutrition, Human Rights and Gender) would be a significant advantage. ● Exposure to social research, program design, monitoring and evaluation would be preferable. ● Exposure to and familiarity with responding to social sector consulting RFPs/ EoIs/ Tender documents of the UN country team (UNICEF, UN Women, UNDP), The World Bank, IFC, ADB and other Government Departments etc will be preferable. 3. REQUIRED ABILITIES & PROFICIENCIES ● Strong conceptual knowledge coupled with a good understanding of business realities to recommend/advise implementable strategic and organizational interventions to clients. ● Proven abilities in client acquisition, retention and client servicing. ● Ability to meet deadlines. ● Ability to manage and lead a team. ● Exposure to the Social Development Sector & Social Consulting space ● Proven ability in end to end project management. ● Proficiency in computers -MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ● Proficiency in writing reports and documenting information. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. 4.
