Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Credit - Construction Finance in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Support and collaborate with the sales team to underwrite corporate realty and funding group business.

Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure alignment with external environment, organizational needs, and regulatory framework.

Evaluate financial status and creditworthiness of companies by analyzing financial data such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and annual reports.

Analyze legal, compliance, and market-risk-related issues involved in the lending process.

Ensure collection of post-disbursement documents and reduction in partly disbursed cases.

Approve all disbursement requests based on achieved adherence to requirements for LTV, agreement value, and full documentation at the branch level.

Manage the credit buying process, monitoring turnarounds, approvals, and sample review quality checks.

Job

Graduate or Masters/Post Graduate degree.

Minimum 6 years of experience in construction finance or a related field.

Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
