Job Description

As a Credit and Collection Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams, establishing performance objectives, and ensuring effective resolution of credit decisions and collection matters. Your role will involve aligning individual metrics with corporate goals, managing credit and collection operations, and evaluating credit risk for customers. You will also be tasked with proposing structural enhancements for optimizing efficiency and acting as a subject matter expert for process improvement and policy development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead teams, allocate resources, and monitor performance objectives - Align individual metrics with corporate goals - Evaluate credit risk and present arguments for credit decisions - Propose structural enhancements for optimizing efficiency - Act as a subject matter expert for process improvement and policy development - Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, and career development Qualifications Required: - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline - 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience - Preferred certifications such as Certified Credit Executive (CCE), Certified Professional in Credit and Collections (CPCC), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to have knowledge and skills in areas such as Credit Collection, Accounts Receivable, Financial Services, Process Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, and more. You should also possess cross-org skills like Customer Centricity, Resilience, and Strategic Thinking.
