Manager - Consumer Products

You will be part of the Consumer Products Center of Expertise team at Bain Capability Network (BCN) where you will collaborate with Bain's global Consumer Products Practice leadership, client-facing Bain leadership, and end clients to develop and deliver Bains proprietary CP products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing as a manager of a team to build solutions and perform analyses within the CP domain - Working with different analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Python, and other relevant tools on data from various sources - Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to Bain case leadership/clients through effective team management - Exhibiting expertise in scoping, designing, and executing consumer products solutions based on client requirements - Brainstorming with stakeholders to resolve complex issues across work streams and recommending actionable solutions - Building and maintaining key client relationships with internal Bain global CP leadership and external client teams - Delivering projects related to brand strategy, revenue management, negotiations, pricing, promotions, and more in the CP industry - Working towards enhancing efficiency of solutions by driving innovative solutions like automation - Providing coaching/training to project leaders and associates, and engaging in mutual feedback processes - Participating in the hiring/supply building process for the CP CoE Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records - 8-11 years of relevant experience for candidates with undergraduate studies as their highest qualification - 6-9 years of relevant experience for candidates with postgraduate studies as their highest qualification - Professional experience in providing strategic consulting to CP clients - Track record of managing multiple client accounts and teams - Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, apply analytics to business situations, and use analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI - Strong academic credentials, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities - Updated with the latest advancements in AI, data analysis, and data tools Bain & Company is recognized as one of the world's best places to work, championing diversity and social responsibility.
