Manager – Industrial Licensing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end industrial licensing

  including application, renewal, and amendment of licenses
• Ensure

  100% statutory and regulatory compliance

  across central and state regulations
• Liaise with

  government bodies and regulatory authorities

  for approvals and issue resolution
• Monitor compliance status, ensure

  audit readiness

  , and address gaps proactively
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance risks
• Maintain accurate

  documentation, records, trackers, and MIS reports

• Track regulatory changes and drive

  risk mitigation actions

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Timely acquisition and renewal of all industrial licenses and approvals
• Zero regulatory non-compliance, penalties, or escalations
• Strong coordination with central and state authorities for smooth approvals

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Engineering / Science / Management

• 10–12 years

  of relevant experience in industrial licensing or regulatory compliance

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of

  industrial licensing frameworks and statutory compliances

• Hands-on experience with approvals such as:
• Factory License
• Trade License
• Pollution Control (PCB)
• Fire & Safety
• PESO
• DGFT
• DPIIT and other applicable industrial approvals
