As the Manager, Chief of Staff Growth & Strategy Office (CGSO) at EXL, your role will involve collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff to support the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGO) and the executive leadership team. You will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and fostering alignment across departments. Your key accountabilities will include: - **Strategic Project & Program Support**: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to manage and track the execution of key growth strategies and initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and meet business objectives. Define and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for key growth initiatives. - **Operational Coordination & Process Improvement**: Ensure smooth operational processes within the CGSO and Growth Markets IMU. Track progress against strategic goals, assist in problem-solving to remove roadblocks, and optimize internal workflows to increase efficiency and impact. - **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**: Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and business units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on strategic priorities. Prepare presentation materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items. Draft internal and external communications for the CGOs office. - **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Conduct secondary research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks. Analyze key performance metrics related to growth strategies and assist in reporting results to senior leadership. Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor project success. - **Project Monitoring & Follow-Up**: Lead coordination and follow-up of key action items from executive meetings. Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the Chief of Staff. Manage emerging priorities or urgent requests from the CGOs office. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Serve as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments. Collaborate with business unit leaders, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and proper project execution. Support cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to align on the companys growth agenda. **Key Expectations**: - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders - Focus on detail, accuracy, and consistency in all communications and deliverables **Skills and Knowledge**: - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Comfortable with data analysis and creating reports or dashboards - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is good to have - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Analytical and problem-solving mindset - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach **Educational Qualifications**: - Masters in business administration, Strategy, or a related field from a top tier B-School This role requires a background in strategy and business operations, along with strong organizational, analytical, and program management skills.
