Job Description: You will manage the process and take corrective steps when necessary or make incremental improvements. Additionally, you will provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them enhance their performance. Your role will involve assisting new hires to ensure they become productive on the floor as quickly as possible. Handling escalations and providing inputs on processes and systems to team members will also be part of your responsibilities. Client interaction may be required at the supervisor level. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards. Continuously building additional knowledge and understanding of the client's business will also be expected. You may be required to perform other duties as needed.
