Job Description

As a Market Research Analyst, your role involves: - Analysis and story boarding: - Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, and sales. - Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate various data sets to develop integrated business analysis for strategic decision-making. - Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate data insights. - Create clear and concise reports and visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to summarize findings for stakeholders. - Analyze data for trends, patterns, and interpret data to assist in critical business decisions. - Conduct mapping market opportunities, gap analysis, and price point analysis impact on business. - Perform therapy and brand analysis with insights and recommendations. - Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements. - Present findings to senior leadership to drive business decisions. - Identify areas for process/system improvements to increase efficiency. - Project Management: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success. - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records of decisions. - Monitor progress, manage periodic communication, and drive adherence to the project plan. - Work closely with business and IT to understand data needs and ensure project execution within agreed timelines. - People & Stakeholder Management: - Set goals and drive the overall roadmap for the team. - Motivate, empower, and develop personnel. - Coordinate with IQVIA, SMSRC, or market audit related vendors. In terms of your position's accountability/scope/size/complexity, you should possess: - Analytical skills for understanding vast amounts of information and data. - Communication skills for gathering, interpreting data, and presenting results to stakeholders. - Critical thinking skills to assess information and determine the best marketing strategy. - Detail-oriented approach for precise data analysis. - Ability to manage deliverables from multiple sources and prioritize effectively. - Strengthen relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders. - Automate manual activities to maximize team efficiency. Your educational background and experience requirements include: - Graduate or MBA qualification. - Over 5 years of experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Project Management. Key competencies/skills that are essential for this role are: - Market Research Analysis experience. - In-depth knowledge of IQVIA and SMSRC. - Capacity to understand and relay complex data across industries. - Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and strategic/critical thinking abilities. - Good project management skills. - Customer-centric approach and understanding of business needs. - Interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with other teams and senior management. - Problem-solving approach. - Advanced Excel skills. - Knowledge of analytics tools would be an added advantage.,
