Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Managing key customers in the region. Responsible for the sales of VAS products in the region. Supporting the Territory Sales Managers & Field Sales Executives in the region in improving the sales of VAS products in the region

Key Responsibilities of Role


    1. Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the company policies, procedures guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work. 2. Stakeholder management to improve sales of VAS products 3. Support and partner in capability building of sales team to sell VAS products 4. Showcase VAS and products in various technical forums 5. Market Analysis: Complete customer segmentation and market analysis on new market opportunities. Formulate Sales Strategy and draw up sales plan based on market intelligence. 6. Customer need identification and product development in close coordination with R&D 7. Regularly train sales team on VAS products to improve VAS sales

Qualifications and Experience


    Essential B.Tech. (Civil) Desirable/Preferable Candidates with MBA preferred Total Years (Band) 10 – 15 Years (Relevant) 5 - 10
