Manager Channel Sales

As a Channel Manager - Solution Biz at our company based in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for driving overall Channel branch Revenue for Solution Business. Your role will involve maintaining Systems discipline using tools like PRM, Oracle, etc. You should have a good track record in handling channel partners and their revenue streams, as well as demonstrating control over end customers. Additionally, you will be expected to possess knowledge in team management, conflict management, and market development through various programs. A strong understanding of DC will be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive overall Channel branch Revenue for Solution Business - Maintain Systems discipline using tools like PRM, Oracle, etc - Handle channel partners and their revenue streams effectively - Demonstrate control over end customers - Manage teams efficiently - Resolve conflicts effectively - Develop markets through various programs - Utilize knowledge in DC effectively Qualifications Required: - BE/B Tech/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics - MBA in Marketing preferred - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the same field or equivalent Reporting to: Rajib Bhattacharya, Director Channel EZ Expected Deliverables: By 1st July 2025 onwards Desired Candidate Profile: Technical Knowledge & Skills: - BE/B Tech/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics - Knowledge in team management, conflict management, and market development - Good understanding of DC Behavioral Skills: - Ability to own overall business responsibilities - Lead by example within the team - Drive continuous improvement - Think big and execute ideas effectively - Willingness to learn and seek out opportunities for development,
