Key Responsibilities: - Monitor sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory to achieve targeted sales of Gunnebo products. - Develop and execute the sales strategy for the defined region, ensuring alignment with annual business plans and timelines. - Appoint and train dealer sales team members to enhance channel effectiveness. - Ensure timely collections to maintain the targeted Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO). - Expand Gunnebo's presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new/extending channel partners operations. - Ensure the channel partners are achieving their targets and guide them by implementing the systems and processes of Gunnebo. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably engineers/ Post Graduation in Management is preferred. - 7-10 Years of relevant experience in Channel Sales with exposure to BFSI, Govt. and Jewelry Segment.
