The role focuses on vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring a seamless supply chain for production and assembly operations. Purpose: To establish efficient sources for materials and services for the Halol Plant. Key Activities: Price negotiations, supplier development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete purchase function for the Halol Plant. Develop and improve vendor base. Lead price negotiations and finalize procurement terms. Initiate cost reduction, quality improvement, and lead time reduction projects. Maintain supplier master charts, item cost sheets, lead-times, and lot sizes. Coordinate closely with the Factory Material Planning function. Prepare and maintain MIS reports for timely distribution. Qualification and Experience : B.E. Mechanical 8-10 years in Purchase and Vendor development in Engineering Industry, of which at least 3 years as Sr. Executive. Thorough knowledge of Production Purchase and Vendor development; Good Negotiation skill, Exposure to ERP systems; Strong in analytical and logical skills with proven track record of success in a complex production and assembly environment; Expertise on M.S. Excel and Power point; Behavioral Attributes: Smart, polite, and persuasive communication skills. Ability to work independently and honor commitments. Strong stakeholder management.

Person who has sound production management experience with working in lean organization. What You Will Do: The Production Manager is overall responsible for: Production output of sheet metal fabrication, assembly, painting of products Adept in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Proficient in reviewing and distributing production, work schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work in terms of quantity and time, production problems. About The Role Purpose: The position exists in order to ensure timely compliance on statutory returns/ taxes, product costing & general financial transactions with the objective of ensuring accurate & compliant financials for the Halol plant within the limits of Gunnebo group policy, processes and core values. Position: DGM Finance ( Halol Plant) Business Unit: Finance No of openings: 1 Reporting to: Plant Head Location: Halol What You Will Do : Determine the amount of GST to be paid and review the computation of GST by the team based on monthly sales and purchases. Monitor the maintenance of proper records in the form of sales register and purchase register by subordinates online . Compile and summarize these records by way of different class of sales, purchases, different tax rates, Interstate/ Intrastate/ Import/ Export etc. Review setoff / GST disallowance calculations as per regulations. Monitor payment of GST along with appropriate challans on or before due dates. Monitor periodic filing of records GST R9/ GST 9C / ITC 04. Review details for tax assessment as prepared per requirements. Facilitate yearly audit by GST verify the correctness of transaction and tax computations, non avoidance of tax, timely payments etc. Develop and maintain relations with government bodies & consultants. Prepare capex budget at the begning of year, based on investment requirements received from various departments and duly reviewed and approved by Plant Head. Forward Capex proposal form to superior along with justification on need for investment. Seek approval and forward to user and purchase team. Monitor completion of invoicing process by subordinates after completion of procurement process. Seek installation/ commissioning certificate from user and Plant Head and forward to HO finance team for capitalisation. Forward invoice copy and other documents to meet audit requirement at the HO level. Periodically conduct physical verification of fixed assets along with respective departments and prepare detailed statement. Get statement signed off by the departents and follow up to resolve any discrepency with department head. Update in the fixed assets register. Provide support for internal and external audit preparedness, by providing the required information and resolving any querries. Maintain records for key performance parameters of plant like efficiency, scrap %, inventory turns, headcount etc. Provide training on D365 ERP modules. Share information with subordinates on periodic upgradation in the D365 ERP modules and provide guidance on trouble shooting. Conduct monthly e-Filling of ESIC returns. Monitor the overall accounts function in the unit to keep administrative control for functional efficiency. Monitor approval procedures, purchases, gate entries & passes, bill passing etc. Communicate & implement Head Office financial policies at plant and ensure compliance. Identify, prioritise and deploy action items for competency development in the team. Engage with employees. Direct and guide team on departmental issues.
