About The Role

  • Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Key Accounts
  • BU: Fire Products
  • Location: Thane

What You Will Do

  • You will oversee the relationship with most important customers.
  • You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
  • You must be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Your goal will be to contribute to sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.
  • Ensure the correct product and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Identify new multi-location accounts and convert them for revenue generation
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as Sales for Key Accounts & Client Servicing
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments.
  • Customer focus, good coordination and relationship building skills, Aggressive, Keen learner, Team player.
  • Excellent organizational skills, Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • BE/ B.Sc./ Bachelor’s degree. PG in Business administration will be added advantage.
