Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager in the CEO office at KS Legal & Associates, based in Mumbai. The Manager will oversee administrative tasks, manage internal and external communications, and coordinate activities that support the efficient functioning of the CEO’s office. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, assisting with office operations, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, and handling administrative support tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Office & Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and reviews to ensure timely decision-making and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Monitor key deliverables, project timelines, and office efficiency metrics.

2. People & Performance Management

  • Supervise and support cross-functional teams in achieving individual and departmental goals.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth communication and accountability.
  • Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, and discipline within the team.
  • Identify staffing or performance gaps and ensure corrective measures.

3. Business & Revenue Growth

  • Work with the CEO to define monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Track revenue performance across business verticals and ensure achievement through proactive coordination with sales, legal, operations, and finance teams.
  • Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and new client relationships.
  • Prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and business analysis for management review.

4. Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Draft business communications, proposals, and review decks for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external partners, clients, and vendors for business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and execution ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business acumen with understanding of revenue drivers and financial metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in managing operations, business, or strategic functions directly reporting to senior leadership.
  • Prior experience in law, consulting, BFSI, or professional services will be preferred.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with Office Equipment and tools necessary for day-to-day operations
  • Customer Service orientation to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial or support role is advantageous
