Position: Manager Business Finance & Analytics

Location:

Mandatory Requirements

  • Hands-on, practical working knowledge of

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

  • Currently working in a

    similar finance / business analytics role

    for the past

    5–8 years

Preferred Profile

  • Male candidates | Age: 25–55 years (as per organizational preference)

  • Manufacturing, Distribution, Trading
  • Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Services
  • Multi-entity and multi-location business environments

Experience & Profile Summary

  • 8–15 years of experience in

    finance, MIS, and business analytics

  • Strong exposure to

    financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls

  • Proven ability to

    independently manage finance operations

  • Experience working closely with

    promoters, Group company COOs, and business heads

    as a finance partner
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution capability

Education & Professional Background

  • B.Com (Mandatory)

    – strong foundation in accounting, costing, and financial statements
  • MBA (Finance)

    – preferred for candidates with exposure to MIS, analytics, and strategic finance
  • Candidates with

    B.Com + strong ERP/MIS-driven analytics experience

    will also be considered
  • Exposure to

    financial modeling, variance analysis, and data-driven reporting

    is critical

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies

1. MIS, Business Analytics & Reporting (Primary Focus)

  • Design, prepare, and present

    robust MIS dashboards

    for leadership
  • Prepare

    entity-wise and consolidated MIS

    for all group companies
  • Develop and analyze:
    • P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
    • Revenue, margin, and cost-center analysis
    • Business unit / clinic / location-wise performance trends
  • Deliver

    weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS

    with clear insights and commentary
  • Perform

    variance analysis

    vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
  • Track and analyze

    financial and operational KPIs

    (DSO, margins, overheads, ROI)
  • Convert data into

    actionable recommendations

    for business heads

2. Financial Control & Governance

  • Strengthen

    internal controls, SOP adherence, and governance frameworks

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting discipline
  • Support audit requirements and management reviews

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Prepare

    annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections

  • Support leadership with

    scenario planning and financial modelling

  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and corrective actions proactively

4. ERP, Automation & Process Excellence

  • Hands-on operation of

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Navision ERP

  • Drive

    MIS standardization and automation

    initiatives
  • Improve reporting timelines, data integrity, and system controls
  • Act as a key finance stakeholder for

    ERP enhancements and digitization projects

5. Strategic Business Support

  • Partner with business heads as a

    finance advisor

  • Support

    pricing, margin improvement, and cost optimization

    initiatives
  • Evaluate performance across clinics, retail, distribution, and manufacturing units
  • Align financial discipline with growth and expansion plans

6. Collections & Receivables Management

  • Monitor receivables ageing and credit exposure
  • Develop and execute strategies to

    reduce overdue receivables

  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain payment discipline
  • Proactively flag risks and delays to management

7. Team Guidance & Execution Ownership

  • Guide and mentor junior finance team members
  • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to timelines
  • Drive task closure through structured follow-ups and controls
