Job Title: Finance Lead

Location: Cochin Office

Reports To: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time -Work from Office

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts in handling invoicing, daily/weekly reporting from WMS, and KPI management across multiple campuses.
Oversee end-to-end customer transition processes, ensuring smooth integration, data continuity, and minimal disruption to financial operations.
Prepare monthly KPI reports with variance analysis for warehouse operations and present to customers.
Create accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms, manage timely billing.
Compile comprehensive reports for biweekly review meetings with facilities teams, highlighting key metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Leverage Power BI, SQL, and Excel macros for data extraction, analysis, visualization, and automation to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in financial operations, team management, and multi-site coordination.
Strong expertise in invoicing, KPI tracking, and variance analysis within warehouse or logistics environments.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, SQL for querying, and Excel macros for automation.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage high-volume operations across campuses with diverse customer bases.
CA Inter/CMA Inter/M. Com/MBA Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Invoicing and at least 2 years experience in team handling
