Process Lead Summary GEODIS Contract Logistics (CL) - Centre Of Excellence (COE) division in Cochin is looking for a Process Lead, to manage their third shift operations which includes daily order processing functions such as waving, load planning, routing, and shipment coordination using the GEODIS Warehouse Management System (GWMS). This role requires people management skills and ability to solve Service Level Agreement (SLA) driven issues. Knowledge in logistics/warehouse operations will be an added advantage. Work Timing: US Time Zone - Night Shift Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate execution of tasks to meet operational targets. Serve as the first point of contact for third shift operations and assist the team in troubleshooting work related discrepancies and exceptions. Ensure all activities adhere to client SLAs, routing compliance, carrier selection, and operational accuracy. Work closely with cross-functional teams in US. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement. Prepare learning and development plan as per requirements. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in leading/managing a team. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools for reporting and analysis. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
