Role & responsibilities Customs Clearance: Oversee the import and export customs clearance process across various ports and gateways, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines. Customs Tariffs & Procedures: Maintain a thorough understanding of customs tariffs, procedures, regulations, and incentives under the current foreign trade policy. DGFT Procedures: Handle procedures related to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), including but not limited to EPCG, AA, RoDTEP, REX, DBK, and Certificate of Origin (COO) for both preferential and non-preferential trade. Data Processing: Manage and process data for reports in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of necessary documents and records. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics service providers such as Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations. Multi-location Coordination: If applicable, manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for a multi-location plant organization, ensuring consistent procedures across locations. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. Proven experience in import/export customs clearance, including knowledge of customs tariffs and regulations. o Hands-on experience with DGFT procedures and schemes (EPCG, AA, RoDTEP, REX, DBK, COO).

Role & responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting functions including sales entries, purchase entries, and bank transactions. Reconcile bank accounts, manage bank positions, and ensure timely and accurate processing of bank transactions. Prepare and maintain GST working, TDS working, and other tax-related documentation as per applicable laws. Ensure compliance with FEMA and EBRC regulations, including online submission on the Bank portal and closure of shipping bills. Manage customer receipts and vendor payments in a timely manner. Work on audit requirements from respective departments and support the audit process. Ensure accurate filing of returns, including GST returns, TDS returns, and other relevant tax filings. Prepare and submit GST refund applications as required. Ensure proper documentation of script sales and related transactions.
