Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide regular updates on progress. Manage bulk hiring campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates. Conduct lateral hiring exercises to fill critical roles within the organisation.
