What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. What are we looking for? Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual Consolidated Balance Sheet and Cash FlowManagement Reporting Packages and other team deliverables.

Develop and prepare several sections of the balance sheet and cash flow statements and supportingpackage pages. Responsibilities include:o Working closely with process owners to understand and document current processes and todevelop financial reporting process improvements.o Preparing workpaper documentation, ensuring that the performance of key controls is evidenced.o Reviewing and analyzing assigned sections to ensure that activity is accurately reported inaccordance with GAAP and significant variances are explained.o Identifying key risks and opportunities during balance sheet and cash flow reviews and assist indeveloping new ways to present that information to provide senior management with meaningfuland actionable reports.

Coordinate receipt of supporting schedules from various preparers. Verify and document the accuracyand completeness of each schedule and discuss significant activity with preparer. Analysis will includeobtaining an understanding of the components of the budget versus actual activity.
