HIRING for Sr. Manager- Business Excellence
Location - Mumbai
Brief Responsibilities:
* Driving process excellence across the organisation
* Performing process evaluation and effectiveness
* Controlling the processes through audits and checks
* Leading continuous improvement in the organisation through awareness sessions, process trainings, established quality tools
* Preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets
* Conducting Root Cause Analysis for exceptions and driving the CAPA
* Develop MIS reports and presentations for Board
* Coordinating with different departments and process owners
Qualifications:
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Projects, ERP systems, data analysis and financial modelling
* Knowledge of quality tools like 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, process maps, SIPOC, Control charts, Pareto etc.
* Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred
* PMP certification is desired
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Mathematics in 12th standard
* Graduation in Engineering (B.Com. + MBA is also acceptable)
* Candidates with experience in Freight forwarding & logistics will be given preference
* At least 8 years of progressive experience with last 2 years in a managerial role
