Business Excellence Executive / Sr. Executive Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a Business Excellence professional who can drive process improvement, Lean initiatives, performance management, and KPI optimisation across the organisation. The role requires strong problem-solving ability, understanding of process design, and hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools. Key Responsibilities ✔ Process mapping, SOP creation & process standardisation ✔ Lead Lean initiatives – 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, cycle time reduction ✔ Support Six Sigma (DMAIC) improvement projects ✔ Lead PSP (Policy & Strategy Planning) activities ✔ Implement BPMS (Business Process Management System) ✔ Drive BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) across functions ✔ Conduct RCA using 7QC tools & ensure CAPA closure ✔ Develop and maintain KPI dashboards ✔ Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement ✔ Conduct internal trainings on Lean, 5S, SOPs, KPIs Required Skills Awareness of Lean tools Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or above) Good understanding of process designing & re-engineering Knowledge of 7QC tools, RCA, PDCA, DMAIC Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Experience with KPIs & performance management BPMS / BPR exposure preferred Education & Experience B.Tech / B.E. (Any Engineering discipline) Experience: 3–7 years in Business Excellence / Process Excellence / Operations Excellence (manufacturing preferred) Salary Range ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month Why Join Us?
