Business Excellence Executive / Sr. Executive
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Excellence professional who can drive process improvement, Lean initiatives, performance management, and KPI optimisation across the organisation.
The role requires strong problem-solving ability, understanding of process design, and hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Process mapping, SOP creation & process standardisation
✔ Lead Lean initiatives – 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, cycle time reduction✔ Support Six Sigma (DMAIC) improvement projects✔ Lead PSP (Policy & Strategy Planning) activities✔ Implement BPMS (Business Process Management System)✔ Drive BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) across functions✔ Conduct RCA using 7QC tools & ensure CAPA closure✔ Develop and maintain KPI dashboards✔ Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement✔ Conduct internal trainings on Lean, 5S, SOPs, KPIs

Required Skills

• Awareness of Lean tools
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or above)
• Good understanding of process designing & re-engineering
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, RCA, PDCA, DMAIC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with KPIs & performance management
• BPMS / BPR exposure preferred

Education & Experience

B.Tech / B.E. (Any Engineering discipline)
Experience: 3–7 years in Business Excellence / Process Excellence / Operations Excellence (manufacturing preferred)

Salary Range

₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
