Job Description:

We are seeking a bold, confident, and result-driven female Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B client acquisition, be comfortable conducting client meetings independently, and possess the ability to drive business growth through relationship building and strategic sales efforts.

FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED FOR THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition – Identify and onboard new clients from IT and Non -IT sectors.
  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling – Actively make cold calls and schedule fresh meetings to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Achievement – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Mining – Expand business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations – Confidently conduct meetings and deliver impactful presentations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management – Handle complex negotiations and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Performance Analysis & Delivery – Ensure smooth service delivery and analyze performance metrics.
  • Payment Follow-up – Coordinate with clients for timely payments and maintain financial discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or IT consulting background will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bold, confident, and persuasive personality
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to make cold calls and attend field meetings
  • Target-driven with a positive and professional approach
  • Capable of handling corporate clients independently
