Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Business Development with a minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales within the IT services industry, specifically focusing on web and mobile app development. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude and a proven track record of successfully closing deals, leading the sales team, and managing comprehensive client communications from initial lead generation to final contract signing. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in securing international clients for web and mobile app development projects. Candidates with additional exposure to AI, IoT, or Blockchain solutions are highly preferred. - Proficiency in closing projects utilizing technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Angular, Vue.js, Python, Flutter, React Native, Kotlin (Android), and Swift (iOS). Profiles focused on WordPress, Shopify, Magento, .NET, Java, or ROR will not be considered. - Demonstrated ability to engage with various industry domains including eCommerce, Real Estate, Education, Fitness, Fintech, ERP, etc., showcasing adaptability and versatility in pitching across diverse sectors. - Expertise in full-cycle sales processes, encompassing client interactions, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Familiarity with both dedicated and fixed-cost project models. - Successful track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets, coupled with the capability to articulate performance metrics and closing efficiency. - Proficient in team leadership, providing guidance and mentorship to Business Development Executives/Senior Business Development Executives, and assisting them in client interactions and deal closures. - Excellent command of the English language with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling confident representation of the company in global client discussions. - Experience in generating business through online portals, social media, referrals, directories, and personal connections. - High-energy individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach, suited for a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment. Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The position is based in Ahmedabad.
