Job Description

You will be responsible for driving a multi-pronged sales strategy to develop comprehensive relationships with large accounts and drive sales through distribution channels for SMEs. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a lead generation strategy, establishing and nurturing professional relationships with key decision-makers, presenting business development strategy and sales results to management, and delivering key business results through a relationship-based approach. Additionally, you will represent Svaya Robotics at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events. You will need to coordinate with application and support teams to meet customer expectations, ensure effective account performance, and proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of strategic sales experience in B2B high-technology product sales. Strong result-oriented sales skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to sell high-tech solutions to small and large manufacturing companies are essential. Flexibility and willingness to travel are a plus, and you should be comfortable working in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a BE degree with an MBA.,
