Manager Business Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting the company's brand and product solutions to the targeted audience. This includes implementing a product sales strategy, conducting sales promotional activities, and analyzing market trends to provide valuable insights for sales & marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing new markets, identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, and understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the company's brand and product solutions - Implement a product sales strategy and drive sales within the region - Conduct sales promotional activities for brand building - Analyze market trends and provide valuable insights - Develop new markets and improve sales - Identify and contact potential clients, arrange meetings - Develop new business opportunities with potential clients - Keep track of upcoming commercial projects, generate leads - Understand customers" needs and provide solutions - Set up meetings/presentations with stakeholders - Cold call potential and existing customers, expand customer base - Specify products with Architects, Consultants & PMCs - Prepare offers, provide techno-commercial clarification - Follow-up on offers, convert leads into business - Handle post-order confirmation responsibilities Qualifications and Experience: Skills: - Market feasibility analysis - Robust negotiation skills - Strong communication and people skills - Presentation and independent mindset - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Clear communication skills - Strong time management skills Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering - Additional Post Graduation/MBA degree in Marketing & Sales/Business Management/Business Administration preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - Preference for experience with key accounts, builders, architects, and PMC Consultants Please note that the salary will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.,
