Manage and develop end to end sales strategy for B2B business of specialty chemicals like construction chemicals or ingredients required in waterproofing chemicals and adhesives for strengthening purposes.
Identify potential large scale construction projects, admixture plants or government projects that require extremely reliable and qualitative construction chemicals and pitch for business.
Excellent client interaction, understand potential business volume and value, networking and relations management skills to deliver high end products and after sales service.
Ensure product availability, various grades while working with production, R & D and logistics department for the product deliveries on time.
Negotiate amicable pricing & costs of delivery for business sustainability and overall profitability of key customers.
Collection management.
Currently its an individual contributory role and quickly need to development into team handling capability role.
An Engineering Graduate and an MBA preferred with B2B sales development in construction chemicals or allied industry segments.
Excellent Communications and negotiations skills.
