We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, market research, and deal closure, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition\u2014preferably in [insert industry, e.g., IT, consulting, SaaS, etc.].
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and build effective strategies.
Proficiency in developing pitch decks, sales reports, and client proposals.
Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
CRM & Tech Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Comfortable using tools for sales reporting, lead management, and communication.
Relationship Management:
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
A client-first approach and strong follow-up habits.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
Experience leading or mentoring junior sales/business development team members.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
