Bachelordegree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (Masteror CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
Proven experience in finance/accounting, preferably in an IT services or tech company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements in India.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Handle vendor and client invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts for management.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Maintain expense tracking and cost control measures.
Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
Work closely with the management team to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
