Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

Assist in market research, data gathering, competitor analysis, and product development documentation.
• Support in defining product roadmaps, user stories, and feature enhancements.• Monitor and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure business efficiency.• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics.• Coordinate between various stakeholders for right deliverables.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.• Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, and business operations.• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Education: B Com (H) / M Com / MBA from a premier institute
2. Relevant Experience: 0-3 Years
3. Willingness to Work in a Startup
