Description
As a Design Site Execution Manager at Unitile, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of design projects on-site. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control, managing resources, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, you will interact with clients, manage project budgets, and oversee documentation to accurately reflect executed designs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and design specifications. Ensure effective communication and coordination between design, construction, and project management teams. - Oversee the execution of design projects on-site to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide on-site guidance. - Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that workmanship meets design standards and specifications. Conduct inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from the approved design. - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor and manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. - Identify and address any on-site challenges or issues that may arise during the construction phase. Collaborate with stakeholders to find effective and timely solutions. - Monitor project expenses related to on-site execution and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design integrity. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including progress reports, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that as-built documentation accurately reflects executed designs. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all on-site personnel. Conduct regular safety audits and address any safety concerns promptly. - Interface with clients during site visits to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. - Work closely with project management to ensure that on-site activities align with project timelines. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate delays and streamline the construction process. Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in on-site project management and execution, preferably in a design-related industry. (Portfolio required). - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
