Oversee smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new franchisees to set them up for success. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 27 years in franchise sales, business development, or investor relations (preferably in sectors like retail, F&B, healthcare, or related industries). Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing high-value investors or franchise partnerships. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of ROI models, P&L, business valuation, and market dynamics. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers. Networking: Strong professional network in the investment or business community is an added advantage. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
