Team Lead Full-Stack Development

As a Team Lead Full Stack at Svaya Robotics located in Medchal- Hyderabad, you will be responsible for developing a software stack to enhance the safety, training, interaction, and learning capabilities of our robots. Working closely with diverse engineering teams, you will focus on creating scalable cloud-based software for real-time robot control, cloud-based analytics, machine learning systems, performance monitoring, teleoperation, and custom dashboards. Your innovative ideas will be instrumental in shaping intelligent, collaborative, and user-friendly robots for real-world applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing scalable software for our software-defined robotic platform to facilitate easy application development by users. You will be involved in rapid experimentation and iteration of user interface and interaction concepts, creating graphic designs, wireframes, storyboards, and mockups. Additionally, you will contribute to defining software architecture standards, collaborating with cross-disciplinary engineers, and supporting design priorities with quick prototypes. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development with expertise in JavaScript, Python, and frameworks like JQuery, node.js, ReactJs, Express, MongoDB, and MySQL Database. Proficiency in designing HTML5/CSS3 web and mobile applications, real-time browser technologies, single-page applications, and API constraints is essential. Knowledge of C/C++, Linux OS, chart libraries, and 3D is advantageous. Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms, Agile-SCRUM methodology, and software engineering tools like Git, CMake, and Cl is beneficial. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE/BTech (or higher) degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Strong programming skills and a genuine enthusiasm for software development are highly valued.
