Team Lead Full-Stack Development

As a Team Lead Full Stack at Svaya Robotics located in Medchal- Hyderabad, you will be responsible for developing a software stack to enhance the safety, training, interaction, and learning capabilities of robots. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary engineering teams, you will focus on creating cloud-based scalable software for real-time robot control, analytics, machine learning systems, performance monitoring, teleoperation, and custom dashboards. Your contributions will directly impact the development of intelligent, collaborative, and user-friendly robots. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement scalable software for the software-defined robotic platform, enabling easy application development. - Conduct rapid experimentation and iteration on user interface and interaction concepts through graphic design, wireframes, storyboards, and mockups. - Assist in defining overall software architecture, establishing standards, and best practices for distributed software development. - Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to communicate design priorities, provide quick prototypes, and transition successful prototypes to production code. - Support high-level analysis, design, and code reviews within the team. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development. - Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages. - Familiarity with frameworks like JQuery, node.js, ReactJs, Express, MongoDB, and MySQL Database. - Experience in designing and developing HTML5/CSS3 web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of real-time browser technologies, interactive single-page applications, and API constraints. - Additional knowledge in C/C++ and Linux OS is advantageous. - Experience with chart libraries, 3D technologies, cloud platforms like AWS, and Agile-SCRUM methodologies is preferred.
