About the Role:

Artist Relations Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Onboarding & Engagement

  • Lead the artist onboarding process, ensuring smooth registration and profile creation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, and agencies across categories (musicians, comedians, dancers, anchors, etc.).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for artists to resolve concerns, queries, or escalations.
  • Profile Management & Quality Control

  • Supervise and guide the team in updating, formatting, and maintaining accurate and engaging artist profiles.
  • Ensure all profiles meet StarClinch’s quality and content standards (bios, images, pricing, categories, etc.).
  • Regularly audit profiles to maintain data integrity and discoverability.
  • Negotiations & Pricing Strategy

  • Coordinate with artists and their managers to finalize performance rates, terms, and availability.
  • Provide inputs on pricing trends and category positioning to support business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to streamline artist onboarding and booking processes.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on artist cockpit features, ensuring better adoption and usability.
  • Leadership & Reporting

  • Manage and mentor a small team of interns/associates handling day-to-day profile updates and artist communications.
  • Maintain an updated database of artists and provide regular reports on onboarding progress, active artists, and category coverage.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in artist management, talent relations, entertainment/media, or a communication-heavy role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse talent and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry, talent ecosystem, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and capable of balancing artist needs with company policies.
  • Previous team management or mentorship experience is preferred.
